At TrimDeco, we take pride in the architectural design, craftsmanship, and curated quality of our modular furniture pieces. We understand that purchasing a sectional is a significant investment for your home, and we want you to feel entirely confident in your choice. Please review our comprehensive return and cancellation frameworks below.
1. The 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the exact date your furniture is delivered to your address.

To be eligible for a return, your modular pieces must be completely undamaged, free of stains or pet hair, and in their original, showroom-ready condition.

Because our modular sectionals are shipped in specialized, heavy-duty protective transit packaging, items must be returned securely wrapped in their original boxes. We highly recommend carefully flattening and storing your delivery boxes during your first 30 days.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Logistics

Large-scale modular furniture requires specialized freight carriers to ensure safe transit. If you choose to return your order for preference reasons (e.g., if it does not fit your space or match your decor as anticipated), you will be responsible for the actual return freight shipping costs. These logistics expenses will be automatically subtracted from your final refund amount.

Please note: If you no longer have the original heavy-duty cardboard boxes, an additional open-box packaging fee may be applied by the third-party freight team to safely wrap and box the modular sections prior to truck loading.
3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries

Your peace of mind is our absolute priority. Every shipment is fully insured against transit incidents. In the rare event that a modular section arrives with a manufacturing defect or sustains damage during truck transit, we will resolve it completely at zero cost to you.

To secure a seamless resolution for a damaged item:

Inspect upon arrival: Examine your boxes and furniture sections as soon as the freight team unloads them.

Document the issue: Take clear, high-resolution photographs or a quick video highlighting the specific area of damage, as well as the condition of the exterior shipping boxes.

Contact support immediately: Email our dedicated team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the attached media. We will promptly arrange for a brand-new replacement section to be dispatched via priority freight.

4. Order Cancellations

You can request a full, unconditional cancellation at any time within 24 hours of placing your order.

If a cancellation request is submitted after the 24-hour mark but before the truck leaves our logistics partner's facility, a standard processing fee may apply.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been loaded onto the long-haul freight carrier; in these instances, the request will be handled under our standard 30-day return framework.
5. Refund Processing

Once your returned modular pieces arrive safely back at our fulfillment hub, our warehouse team will conduct a standard inspection to verify the condition within 3 to 5 business days.

Following a successful inspection, your refund will be immediately authorized and applied directly back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments).

Please note that banking institutions and credit card issuers typically require an additional 5 to 10 business days to clear the funds and reflect the transaction balance back onto your statement.
